2. Make a coffee break effectively
The best time to charge your body’s battery is between 10 am and noon, and between 2 pm and 5 pm. Eat coffee or your favourite caffeine. Isn’t it early in the morning? In the morning, cortisol is naturally produced in the body to help awaken. Caffeine affects the secretion of cortisol. Also, your body is more likely to be caffeine-addicted.
3. Make fair use of laundry
People with similar personalities often cannot concentrate on their tasks when something else is lingering. Rather than writing a report, you will want to get rid of dirty laundry. Why not try this: Turn your laundry into a stopwatch for work once your choice starts, start writing. Once you put the new laundry in the washing machine, start the work timer again.
