Leave your computer alone and take notes with a pen and paper. Studies have shown that students are more likely to be distracted and have less memory when using laptops. On top of that, the learning effect is also reduced. If you do more than one thing at a time, your productivity will drop to 40%.

5. Prepare a loophole

One of the essential things when studying at home is to have time to interact with society. People get crazy if they do not talk to anyone for a day—even an introvert. Eat lunch in a public park, oxidize volunteers for hours, or call the company and talk about something. Be sure to speak to someone during the day.
